Check-in Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday is at 4:40p.m. at the beachfront Port Waikiki kiosk, near the Hilton Pier and the Diamondhead exterior corner of Tropics Bar & Grill lanai, at the end of Paoa Place. Garage-parking validation available for 4 hours. For the Sunset Sail on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday, check in is at the Grand Island Bus Depot for the 4:40 p.m. "Hawaii Nautical" shuttle to nearby Kewalo Basin for departure.

PWC may cancel trips in case of inclement weather. Snorkeling and swimming activity may be cancelled for safety reasons in the event of inclement weather conditions. Natural occurrences in the ocean and with the weather may prevent passengers from participating in snorkeling or swimming.
Any sailing catamaran trip can be chartered for the equivalent of 35-passengers minimum, plus per-head at retail rate above 35 passengers up to a maximum of 49.
